This weekend, I had the immense pleasure of doing what I wanted to do ALL weekend long. From staying in on Friday night and giving myself a manicure and doing laundry, to taking a 90-minute yoga class at 8am on Saturday, then preparing a 3 course meal for 7 friends on Saturday night, and riding my bike with Sean to celebrate my dear friend's soon-to-be-mommy status on Sunday afternoon. I feel fulfilled and content with all that I accomplished...or didn't accomplish after such a joyous weekend. I hope your weekend was filled with events and people that you love and are grateful for!
As a result of my blog post last week- Eliminating Old Habits, I've resolved to cook more. This weekend was the beginning of the new found energy around this intention. I found two great recipes that I absolutely want to share with you.
