The playlist above was created while I was pulling myself out of a very unsettled Vata morning, feeling extremely scattered, dry, and cold. After turning on the heat full blast, drinking 4 mugs of hot water, and bundling up in a scarf and down jacket, I could finally sit down and focus. Hope you enjoy the mix.

To achieve this balance, I will be incorporating warmth, stability and consistency into my routine for the next few weeks while I adjust to the changing seasons. Touch is also very important to regulate the nervous system in which Vata controls. Hence the reason I've made an appointment for a massage this afternoon! And am looking forward to cuddling sessions with my sweetie this weekend.
My mantra for the next coming weeks will be "Create Enthusiastically" to keep me moving towards a balance. When I start to feel fear, cold, dry, spacey, or irregular, these words will bring me back to where I want to be.
