I love nothing more than coming off of a cleanse and creating nourishing meals that fill me up from the bottom to the top. As I sat in the kitchen this morning, finishing my last juice, I dreamed up what I would get to eat for my first meal in three days. This is that dream!
I used fresh veggies from my CSA, New Roots Organics, organic quinoa and some of my favorite spices and condiments. All are anti-inflammatory, nutritious, and especially delicious after a cleanse. I pay super close attention to how I come off of a cleanse as the digestive system is uber sensitive, and I want to maintain the mindfulness I've just gained during my fast.
