In my latest newsletter, Prioritizing the Non-Negotiable, I stated that I am recommitting to MY yoga practice, which is now a non-negotiable in my life. Starting this week, I will be practicing 5x/week for the next 5 weeks, all in addition to teaching 11 classes per week. Accountability is key here, which is why I'm writing this to you. I want you to know where I will be, not only for teaching, but for practicing as well...in hopes that I'll be able to practice along side you, learn new things, and laugh a bit! So here goes.
Monday: Home Practice & Meditation (Check!)
Wednesday: Sweat Hot Yoga @ 10am w/ Bekah
Thursday: hauteyoga Queen Anne @ 4:30pm w/ Casey
Friday: Salt Room Yoga @ 6:30am w/ Kat
Next week will be tricky, as I'll be in Hawaii with Sean's family and the resort's yoga schedule is few and far between. I, however, will be creating time on the beach to stretch, move and breathe on my own...and maybe even get the fam to join me?! Here's some inspiration for some intentional beachy yoga from Meghan Currie.
If that doesn't inspire me to put the mai tai down and flow, I'm not sure what will. Please encourage me to continue to practicing. Invite me to cool events (outdoor yoga, paddleboard, partner, or yin classes). Anything to get yoga back in my life!
If there is an area in your life that you are struggling with and need some accountability, let's work together. Trying to do it by yourself is so last year!
