"Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind. " – Dr. Seuss
Earlier this week, I requested participation from my newsletter subscribers and Facebook followers to answer a 5 questions survey. Thank you to everyone who chose to share a piece of your mind with me! It matters!
You'll find the questions, as well as their answers below. What you'll also find is how I analyzed the data and what I intend to do with it.
For those who aren't interested in colorful charts, I totally respect the fact that you might stop reading here and wait for future updates with the direction that Infinite Health is heading. :)
For those who like color sprinkled throughout the day, read on!
To me, this was the most critical question. Does my audience even care about self care? If not, I'm screwed! But it happens to be that almost 50% think that taking care of them self is Mega Important! And act on it as much as they can.
When I look at this data, the problem that I get to solve is helping people find time in their already crazy busy schedule for self care. And to do so without using a lot of resources, whether that be time, energy, or money. Good thing this obstacle gets me so excited, that I can't wait to navigate through it all day, every day!
Our five senses provide us with an opportunity to be present, each and every time we pay attention to them. I was curious which sense appealed to my audience the most. By an overwhelming majority, TOUCH, was the most popular. Is anyone surprised at that? I think it speaks volumes to an absence in our fast-paced, detached, online culture.
If I can recommend one thing for you to do today, go hug someone! Feel your hearts close to each others and an intentional sharing of your heart-felt vibration.
From the earlier questions, I now know that self care is important to you, what keeps you from practicing it, and when you do practice it, how you want to spend your time. But I didn't yet know, what your deepest self care desire was. This question got to the heart of it. Sixty percent of my research participants want to have a daily routine the promotes self care. 60%!!! This is it! This is how I can serve every single one of you, even if you answered differently. After getting these results, my imagination, inspiration and resourcefulness kicked into high gear. I am now in the beginning stages of creating what I'm going to call the Infinite Health Method, an innovative way to schedule priorities, set boundaries and sprinkle self care all throughout your calendar! I'm SO excited to launch later this month. I'm shooting for the star of August 22nd. Send your vibes of luck my way!
Your answers to this question brought me so much clarity on what I need to include in the Infinite Health Method.
A million and a half THANK YOU'S to each person who participated. It's because of you that I do what I do and I cannot wait to serve you better than ever!
Yours in Infinite Health,
I am on the journey to create joy and live with full happiness. And my wish for you is to do the same!
