Our morning includes a light breakfast, meditation, yoga, and A COOKING CLASS!
Our afternoon begins with eating the bountiful meal we create, going on a nice long walk, and a DIY Spring/Summer Self Care Activity.
The day concludes with Yin Yoga and a closing ceremony that will inspire you to take your day with you as you leave!
