If you are cultivating these qualities in your life, then this workshop is for you! Yoga Nidra (Sleep) is a meditative relaxation that is done lying down in Savasana. Yoga Nidra gives you the tools to relieve stress, anxiety and rejuvenates your mind and body. It is the most powerful relaxation technique that releases repressed physical, mental and emotional barriers. Yoga Nidra unwinds the nervous system which is the foundation of the body's well being.
You will set a sankalpa, or intention, for the next season, learn about the 5 layers (Koshas) of Yoga Nidra and will be guided through a 45 minutes Yoga Nidra practice. These practices will be aimed at pure awareness of body and mind. Anyone can practice it regardless of level of physical fitness.
